The free diagnostic

The diagnostic runs in your browser. Your role, career experience, intended countries, responses and result are not automatically sent to MarketPassport or stored in an account. The page does not analyse uploaded CVs. The report is a preliminary, rule-based interpretation of your inputs, not verified hiring demand.

When you submit a form

If you choose to contact us, we collect the name, email, question and other details you deliberately submit. If you use the post-diagnostic follow-up form, it includes a plain-text summary of your preliminary result so we can understand your request. Newsletter permission is optional and separate. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the relationship you initiate, and for a newsletter only when you opt in.

Storage and service providers

This website is designed to be hosted on Netlify. On deployment, Netlify Forms processes and stores enquiry submissions in the site's Netlify account. Relevant technical logs and security protections are managed by the hosting provider. Avoid submitting passports, identification documents, health data or confidential employer documents through these forms. Paid bookings are intended to be managed through a separate payment-enabled scheduling provider; review that provider's privacy notice before paying or sharing documents.

Access, retention, deletion

The MarketPassport owner reviews submitted enquiries. We retain enquiry information only as needed for follow-up, business records and applicable legal obligations. Automatic deletion is not configured in this prototype. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing connect@marketpassport.tech. We may ask you to verify control of the email address used in the request.

Cookies and analytics

The downloadable launch version does not add third-party advertising pixels, tracking cookies or Google Analytics. Hosting providers may use essential security/operational logs. If analytics or newsletter services are introduced later, this notice should be updated first.

International users

This is an early-stage service based in India and may receive enquiries from outside India. We don't represent this notice as a complete substitute for local legal advice. Contact us before submitting information if you have concerns about how it will be processed.
